Hemos organizado de nuevo un Hidden Kitchen muy especial. Por una noche vamos a hacer una oda a Palma como Capital Europea de la Cultura 2031. Adrián Quetglas, chef de Adrián Quetglas Restaurant, junto con David Morillas, chef del restaurante Óseo y Ariadna Salvador, chef repostera de Ninumá, se van a encargar de ello. Y te lo vamos a demostrar si te apuntas. Recuerda, el sábado 31 de enero de 2026, por la noche en algún lugar secreto de Mallorca.
Disfruta de un menú creado exclusivamente para la ocasión, en un lugar que no te desvelaremos hasta el mismo momento en que abramos las puertas y te reciba el chef.
De momento, sólo podemos darte estas pistas:
- No comerás en un restaurante,
- Disfrutarás de un menú degustación inédito, preparado para la ocasión y con un maridaje especial.
- Te convocaremos en un punto de encuentro para ir juntos hasta el lugar del evento.
Si te gustan el misterio y, sobre todo, la buena gastronomía, o quieres hacer un regalo original a alguien especial, éste es tu plan.
We have organized a very special Hidden Kitchen again. For one night we are going to make an ode to Palma as Europan Capital of Culture 2031. Adrián Quetglas, chef at Adrián Quetglas Restaurant, together with David Morillas, chef at Óseo Restaurant and Ariadna Salvador, chef at Ninumà, are going to be in charge of it.
